How TechBroTalks researches, writes, and corrects its coverage.

Who Writes This

Articles on TechBroTalks are published under the byline “TechBroTalks Staff” and go through the same research and editing process regardless of author. We're a small, independent publication — we don't have a large newsroom, and we'd rather be upfront about that than dress up a single-writer or small-team operation as something bigger than it is.

How We Research

For product roundups and comparisons (laptops, VPNs, hosting, antivirus, and similar), we base specs, pricing, and features on the manufacturer's own listed specifications and the current listing on the retailer we link to (usually Amazon) at the time of writing. We link directly to the exact product listing referenced in the article wherever possible, rather than a generic search result.

Prices and product listings on Amazon and other retailers change constantly — sellers update configurations, run sales, and occasionally swap bundles on the same listing. We do our best to keep articles current, but the retailer's own page is always the authoritative source for current price and exact configuration. Where we link out with a “Check Price” button, that link goes to the live listing rather than a static number we can't keep accurate.

For news and rumor coverage — leaks, unannounced products, unconfirmed release dates — we say so explicitly in the piece. Speculative reporting is labeled as speculation, not presented as confirmed fact, and we note when information comes from unofficial sources or rumor rather than an official announcement.

Affiliate Relationships & Editorial Independence

Some articles contain affiliate links (including Amazon Associates), meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine which products we cover or how we rank them — a product being available through an affiliate program is not a factor in whether it makes a list or how it's described. Corrections

If you spot an error — a wrong spec, an outdated price, a broken link, or a factual mistake — we want to know. Email officialtechbrotalks@gmail.com with the article and what's wrong, and we'll review and correct it. We don't silently rewrite articles after the fact; meaningful corrections are made directly in the piece.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't accept payment in exchange for a positive review or a guaranteed ranking.
  • We don't publish sponsored content without clearly labeling it as sponsored.
  • We don't present rumors or leaks as confirmed facts.
